Terms of Service

1.Who can use Astrology Insights

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may keep only one personal account, and the information in it must be truthful — including your birth details and photos.
• You must not have been removed from the service before, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
• You must be allowed to use the service under the laws that apply to you.

2.Your account

Keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for what happens under your account; if you suspect unauthorised use, change your password and let us know at [support@your-domain.com]. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

3.What we offer

Astrology Insights calculates natal charts, generates interpretations (partly written by artificial intelligence), offers a personality questionnaire and suggests compatible people for friendship or — only if you opt in — romance. The core service is currently free of charge. If we ever introduce paid features, we will show the price and ask for your clear agreement before anything is charged.

We keep improving the service, so features may change, be added or be discontinued. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect you.

4.Community rules

Astrology Insights works only if everyone feels safe. You agree not to:

• harass, bully, threaten, stalk, intimidate or demean anyone, or post hateful content based on origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other characteristic;
• send spam, advertising, scams, chain messages or requests for money, gifts or financial information;
• create fake profiles, impersonate someone else or use photos that are not of you;
• involve minors in any way — any content sexualising minors is reported to the authorities;
• send sexual content to anyone who has not clearly asked for it, or share intimate content of other people without their consent;
• share other people's personal information (such as addresses, phone numbers or birth details) without permission;
• post illegal content or content that infringes others' rights, including copyright;
• use bots, scraping or automated tools, probe or bypass our security, or interfere with the service;
• try to contact someone again through other accounts after they have blocked you.

5.Safety, reporting and moderation

Every profile and conversation has Report and Block options. Blocking immediately stops the other person from seeing you or contacting you. When you report a message, we keep a copy of it so our moderators can review the case even after the chat itself has disappeared.

If we believe someone has broken these rules, we may remove content, issue a warning, restrict features, or suspend or permanently remove the account, taking into account how serious the breach is. Where the law requires it — or where someone's safety is at risk — we may inform the competent authorities. You can contact us at [support@your-domain.com] if you disagree with a moderation decision.

We do not run background checks on members and cannot guarantee anyone's identity or intentions. If you decide to meet someone in person, meet in a public place, tell a friend where you'll be, and trust your instincts.

6.Your content and ours

You keep ownership of what you post — your photos, texts and messages. To run the service, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store and display that content to the people you share it with. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for moderation or legal reasons as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the right to share it. The texts, illustrations, software and design of Astrology Insights belong to us or our licensors; you may use them only for your own personal, non-commercial use of the service.

7.Astrology, AI and compatibility — please read

• Astrology Insights is for self-reflection and entertainment. Nothing in it is medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice, and it should not be the basis for important life decisions.
• Readings are generated with the help of artificial intelligence and our own interpretation library. We check them against your calculated chart, but they can still contain mistakes or generalisations.
• Personality types come from a self-report questionnaire and are an approximation, not a clinical assessment.
• Compatibility scores are playful suggestions based on astrology, personality and preferences. They cannot predict how a friendship or relationship will turn out, and we do not guarantee that you will find matches.

8.Liability

We provide the service with care, but “as is” and “as available”: we cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the behaviour of other members online or offline.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by us, or any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

9.Ending the agreement

You can stop using Astrology Insights and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we discontinue the service — in the last case with at least [30] days' notice where possible. When an account is deleted, its data is erased as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We will notify you of material changes in the app or by email at least [15] days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before then; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new Terms.

11.Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes will be decided by the competent Bulgarian court in [Sofia]. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country and may bring proceedings there.

Before going to court, please contact us — most problems can be solved quickly. You may also turn to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (КЗП, www.kzp.bg).
